These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Belfry app ("Belfry", "the app"). By downloading or using Belfry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Belfry on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
Belfry is free to download and use with a set of core features. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks premium features. This purchase is non-consumable: once bought, it is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices at no additional cost using the "Restore" option. All payments are handled by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's policies. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way. Belfry produces sound; you are responsible for using it considerately and at safe volumes.
Belfry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bell schedules, background audio, weather, and astronomical data are provided for enjoyment and general information and may not be accurate or uninterrupted. Do not rely on Belfry for any safety-critical timing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belfry and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this address, with the date updated above.
